Season tickets

Description

Turn any LatePoint service into a “season pass” that grants the customer free access to a chosen set of services (or whole categories) for a configurable period — a week, a month, the whole season. The discount is applied automatically to every covered booking the customer makes while the ticket is active.

Highlights
Four validity modes — duration from purchase, customer-chosen start date, fixed start + duration, fixed start & end, or current calendar month. Pick what fits your business: rolling memberships, term passes, monthly subscriptions, or summer-season-only passes.
Smooth purchase flow — for “from purchase” passes, the date/time step is skipped entirely so buying a pass feels like an eshop checkout, not a booking. For “customer-chosen start” passes, the customer just picks the day they want their pass to begin — no time slot to fuss with.
Granular group-booking discounts — set exactly how many attendees a single pass covers in a group booking. The first N go free, anyone over the limit pays normally.
Booking caps — limit how many redemptions a pass holder can make: total over the lifetime of the pass, or per day / per week / per calendar month. Cancellations free up the slot automatically.
Flexible coverage — pick individual services, whole service categories, or restrict to specific locations. Categories make admin easy when your offering grows.
